Catherine Schofield Sezgin, editor of ARCA's art crime blog, and Chris Marinello, General Counsel of the Art Loss Register, will be on a panel to discuss the 40th anniversary of the 1970 UNESCO Convention at the third annual International Art Crime Conference to be held by the Association for Research into Crimes against Art (ARCA) on July 9th and 10th in Amelia, Umbria, Italy.
